Donegal County Council is inviting Developers, in ownership of lands to design and build a new multi-use building in the town centre of Donegal Town.
The new building will incorporate a new community library in an overall development of approximately 1100 sqm over two floors. Through a Competitive Dialogue procurement process, the Council will work with Developers and their design team to ensure that this new building is prominent, iconic, highly visible and attractive, accessible to all with the highest standards of design and energy efficiency.
This building should provide a vibrant, welcoming, cultural space which creates opportunities to enhance community life in Donegal.
